1. Do you provide petrol scooters?
No. We are an electric mobility company that only provides eletric scooters.

2. What are the documents needed?
You need to provide your Adhaar card, Bank statement/passbook/cancelled cheque, PAN card, a passport size photo.
If the place you live is rented, you need you provide a valid rental agreement. If that's not possible, you need to have a guarantor who own a house or a registered business and need to provide us with his adhaar, electricity bill, photo and to sign a guarantor's agreement. All documentsb can be digital.

3. What about traffic rules and challans?
All traffic rules are to be followed diligently and unconditionally. All violations of any kind (unless determined that Voltium Electric is responsible), are to borne by the hirer.

4. What happens in case of an accident and incident?
Every damage has to be paid by the hirer, regardless the cause of it. All our RTO registered vehicles are insured for 3rd party but all (1st or 3rd party) damages are to be paid by the hirer. We also offer an option to buy the insurance. The hirer will need to pay for the lease/rental payment till the time the vehicle is under maintenance and not driving worthy.

5. What if key is lost?
The hirer will be provided with a spare key or a lock change, which will cost the hirer INR650.

6. Are vehicles RTO-registered?
All our high speed vehicles are RTO regitered.

7. Are the vehicles insured?
All our registered are insured. But the hirer will be liable to pay for all damages.

8. Can underaged people (age less than 18 years old) use or drive these vehicles?
Low speed vehicles can be driven by people who are 16 years old. But none of the RTO registered vehicles can be legally driven by underage people. Please follow all the traffic rules set by the traffic police in your area.

9. What if the vehicle battery dies in between your jopurney?
The hirer is responsible to keep the vehicle battery charged and carry a potable charger (in case your vehicle is chargeable) with them. In case the vehicle comes with a swappable battery, please swap it at the nearest swapping station.

10. What about the road side assistance?
We provide RSA in 10KMs radius of our loaction. In case we aren't able to, we will definitely help you out in carrying own your journey.

11. What if I'm late for the return of the vehicle?
The returning timings are till our office hours. You will need to pay INR200 per day as penalty over and above the lease/rent. The lease/rent of the extra days will be applicable at whatever the current plan for a single day lease/rental is at that point of time.

12. What should be the minimum age to use your vehicles?
You need to be atleast 18 years old to use our services.

13. Can I get the vehicle without DL?
Yes, you can. You can use our low speed vehicles which don't require driving license to operate.

14. What is the range/mileage?
Our low speed vehicle provide you with a range of 55-65 KMs in single battery swap. Our high speed and premium vehicles can go upto 100KMs in a single charge. Be aware that this isn't a promised range. The range depends upon your usage type, load and might differ than our quoted range.

15. What is the load carrying capacity?
Our vehilces can carry upto 150Kgs. Be aware that the load will impact the range/mileage.

16. What is the top speed?
Our vehicles can go upto 55KMPH. And premium vehicles can upto 90KMPH.

17. What is your address?
We are available in Mahavir Enclave Part 1, Palam. Our address and location is available on our website and on our Google Business page.

18. What is the charging time?
Our low speed vehicles come with swappable batteries and you don't need to charge them. When they are at 15%, you can look for a swapping station near you to get a charged batttery. Our high speed vehicles require a time of 3-4 hours to fully charge from 0 to 100%.

19. What are terms and conditions?
All our terms and conditions are available on our Term and Conditions page. Please go trhrough them. You need to agree with them and are legally bound to follow them, and so does your guarantor.

20. What are your daily, weekly and monthly plans?
Our updated plans are available at our website. Please be advised that it might take some time for us to update our new lease plans. It's better to confirm via text or call or a visit.

21. What are your opening hours?
We are open from 1000 to 2000 everyday except Sunady. We are open from 1700 to 2000 on Sundays. Please text us before you want to arrive at our loaction.

22. Is there a security deposit?
Yes. For individuals, the security deposit is INR3000. For businesses, it is a monthly of amount. This amount is refundable.

23. Is there an auto-debit?
Yes. We can enable an auto-debit through your debit card or net banking.

25. What are the types of vehicles available?
We have low speed vehicles, high speed vehicles and premium vehicles.
