1. Refund Policy:
1.1 Refund Eligibility:
• Full refund: Requests made within the first hour of initial payment and before the delivery of the leased electric vehicle.
• Early return: No amount will be refunded in case the Hirer returns the vehicle earlier than the lease agreement.
1.2 Refund Process:
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving a valid refund request to the bank account provided by the Hirer.
1.3 Non-Refundable Fees:
• Certain fees, such as processing fees, booking fee, payment gateway charges, bank charges and any charges or taxes that will not be refunded to the Company, are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy:
2.1 Cancellation Window:
• Lease agreements can be cancelled after 30 days of signing the contract without incurring any cancellation fees.
2.2 Cancellation Charges:
• Cancellations made within 30 days may be subject to cancellation charges based on the remaining lease term. Also, no security deposit will be refunded.
• No show: No refund if you do not pick up the booked vehicle. This also applies if you are not able to take the vehicle for any other reasons. In which case company at it’s discretion only can provide the refund.
2.3 Cancellation Process:

• Cancellations will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request.
3. Lease Modification:
• Requests for modifications to the lease agreement (e.g., changing the lease term) must be submitted in writing to

• Modifications are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
